Manchester School of Art
George, the founder of the studio, was approached by Manchester School of Art to design and brand their annual school-wide project, known as Unit X. As an alumnus of the university, George felt honoured to contribute to this significant endeavour.
The studio started the task with great excitement, aiming to create a visual identity that would resonate with the art school community. Utilising a dynamic three-dimensional particle system to craft typography that showcased the collaborative spirit of Unit X. Vibrant university-branded colours represented the diverse course cohorts, symbolising their unique contributions coming together to form something extraordinary.
"As one of our alumni, I approached George/CGB to create an identity for our annual Unit X project and exhibition. George responded enthusiastically to the brief and brought a fresh approach to our brand guidelines. I was particularly impressed with how George used his own experiences of the School and Unit X on the brief and brought the whole identity to life making it entirely in 3D. The print and digital assets all looked fantastic. Thanks George!"
